Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by this policy ("Return Policy"). Unfortunately, currently we do not entertain any claims of returns or exchange.

1. Cancellations

An order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact us on the store contact details for cancellation requests. Cancellation in such cases will be done at our sole discretion.

2. Refunds

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been collected by Delivery Partner.

No cancellation of orders placed by customer after pickup by Delivery Partner.

In case you feel that our service is not as per our commitment, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

The Customer Service Team at after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. 

Refund will be settled in 30 working days from the request received.

All refund will be followed as per term and condition.
